Today I’m going to show you my top 5 FOODS That YOU SHOULD STOCK UP ON Now.
Those are Healthy Shelf Stable, emergency foods to buy.
Now, in order to pick the right foods we have to look at 3 main things:
– FOOD suppose to be Obviously Shelf Stable,
We have to look for
– high-calorie dense food and we are looking for
– high-nutrient dense foods that have vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients.
Now Snickers bar, for example, is surely high calories food but does it make it on our list?
No.
As I said before we aren’t looking for the high calories dense food only, we also need to have high nutritional dense foods so it can keep us full longer, provide us with energy and keep us healthier as long as possible.
So, let’s start from a good source of Fat first:
1. High-Quality Fats from Oils
2. Frozen veggies and Fermented foods, such as Kimchi, Sauerkraut, canned olives.
3. Canned Fish.
4. Nuts and Seeds
5. Healthy Mayo.
