I know a lot of you will not have access to your local gyms for a few weeks or more so I’m going to do my best to provide some intense home workouts, some HIIT trainings and what not so you can do to ensure you WILL KEEP BURNING FAT!

Situations like these are terrible, but if we stick together as a community we can get through anything. This is a global crisis, so stay healthy, keep track of your macros and take care of yourselves and your families.

In this video, I’m going to be showing you my exact HIIT Full Body At Home Workout and My HIIT Cardio Exercises Routine.

Time – 20-30 min
Sets – 2-4
60-sec rest – 60-sec exercise

– Squats + Push-Ups (Shouldaer)
– Push-Up (Chest)
– Abs Curl Ups
– Burpee + Push-Ups
– Rows

Rinse and Repeat for 2-4 times
