Mindset Secrets for Permanent Fat Loss


This is a special edition episode of the Biohacking Secrets Show. It’s a recording of a consultation I did recently with a man whose goal is to lose 100 pounds. The reason I wanted to share this is because in helping now dozens of people lose 100 pounds or more, helping hundreds of people with permanent transformation where they lose the weight then keep it off for the rest of their life, or at least up until present day, I’ve noticed a pattern.

There are a lot of people sharing ineffective or inefficient strategies that make it where it requires much more time, energy and effort than necessary to get an intended outcome. But that’s not really what I’m talking about here. What I’ve noticed that matters the most, or at least is lacking most often when people are struggling with weight loss, is mindset.

I know without a shadow of a doubt if you give me a former athlete, someone that played sports at a high level, someone who has achieved a high degree of success in the business arena, or even someone that’s a pro athlete, I can get them a result far faster and easier than someone who may not have those similar experiences and has not developed the same degree of mental toughness and experienced victory through attrition time and time again.

What that tells me is that if we can help someone like Robert in this case, on the consultation that you’re about to hear, develop some of the mental toughness and mindset hacks that could allow him to lose 100+ pounds and keep it off…the same mindsets and mentalities that high level athletes have and apply them to the endeavor that he’s about to undertake then I believe that we can help him do the same.

A lot of this call is focusing on some of those mindset hacks and those shifts in mentality that need to take place especially if you are someone who has struggled with your weight, or have been able to lose weight and have a vacation from being overweight but haven’t been able to keep those results long term. This is gonna show you some of the changes that I’ve found and I believe need to happen for a permanent transformation to occur. I do use some strong language so keep that in mind before you listen based on whatever environment you’re in and who else may be able to hear this.
