Chronobiology is the study of how our health is affected by our body clock.
Our body clock is not only the day/night cycle to let us know when to wake up and fall asleep. We also have these clocks in our organs, including the skin.
Eating at the right times can have an influence on the ability of skin to be able to protect us from sun damage during the day.
This is both fascinating and important concept to know as not many people will consider the health implications of eating at the wrong times of day on our organs ability to do their job properly.
This is the first of many more interviews to come looking into understanding our circadian rhythms influence on our health.
