Remember: A Creator designed you to be outdoors, addicted to the sun daily (even for just 20 minutes sans sunscreen), with your feet on the earth. Save the indoors for when you have to, and where you sunscreen and sunglasses while you are indoors instead of out. Best health tip of the year from Dr. Jack Kruse, in my opinion.
