How frequently have you started an at-home workout only to get yourself in front of the television and say "I look ludicrous. I feel ridiculous. I'll simply do 5 leaping jacks and stop".

So I keep a light in my office, it's called the Joovv Light.

Every day while I operate in my office, I pull down my pants for 5-20 minutes and stand there, letting my balls shower in this traffic signal.

And the reason for that, is the research study done on men has revealed that you can triple your testosterone production and increase your sperm production, when your balls get exposed to about 600-700 nm of a wavelength of red light for 5-20 minutes a day.

It increases:.

– Size.

– Orgasm Quality.

– Blood flow.

– Testosterone and Sperm production.

There's an entire bunch of different designs out there, but you want to ensure that it's below a thousand nano-meters.

If it's above a thousand nano-meters you'll fry your nuts. So be careful, don't just buy whatever light is on sale at the local pawn shop.

Basically you stand in front of it (the one that I have looks like a panel) and it's tall enough I can put against my standing desk. Then I turn it on.

Traffic signal has a great deal of other benefits for your body like detoxification and development hormone production. However specifically if you shine it on your balls, you're going to have an actually cool testosterone improving result.

The other thing that you should know is that you have to beware with blue light and UV light direct exposure. Don't get a system that produces a great deal of blue light.

Back in the '40s, they did do a study that revealed that when you stroll outdoors and sunbathe nude, you actually do see a slight increase in testosterone production, however it needs to be both UVA and UVB light.

So take care with tanning beds, since a great deal of times have a great deal of UVA, however not very much UVB.
