In order to get the most out of your keto lifestyle in terms of losing weight and getting health in general you better avoid the most common and biggest mistakes that not only nubbies do but sometimes even pretty seasoned keto lovers.
1. eating too many calories.
2. eating more carbs than you thought
3. doing so-called “Dirty Keto” instead of Clean Keto
4. not getting enough time for your body to transition from carbs to fats
5. not getting enough Magnesium, Potassium and sodium
